DENISE GROSSMAN

I am currently, semi- retired from careers as licensed Occupational Therapist, Ordained Minister UCC and yoga instructor/therapist. During my call to ministry, I also felt called to pursue a life -long interest of mine, which is art.  Art is a “Spiritual” calling, for me, one that profoundly impacts my work.

I am primarily a self-taught artist. However, for the past two years I have informally studied with following artist: Insight Fine Arts Studio (Mary Flack) Skokie, IL. drawing/ pastel painting, Marla Baggetta, noted Pastel Artist, online courses and attended her Plein Air workshop in Portland, Oregon which consist of drawing, pastel painting of landscapes, Flying Dolphin Studio ( John Michael Korpal) studied drawing, and currently studying with Portrait Artist Victoria Loeb, faculty member at River Art Center in Evanston, IL.
